This notice covers this website’s Contact and Request Talent inquiries and its current Careers page. Separate client engagements, employment records, or future application services may require additional notices. It does not describe every activity of our business.

Contact collects your name, email, optional company, inquiry category, message, and required privacy acknowledgement. Request Talent is for employers, not candidate applications.

• Employer inquiries collect name, work email, company, hiring model and role needed; optional fields include phone, headcount, skills, work arrangement, job location, expected start date and additional details.
• Accepted inquiries include a record identifier, submission and acknowledgement timestamps, and technical fingerprints used to detect repeat submissions. A hash derived from the network address supports abuse controls; a hash is not a guarantee of anonymity.
• The Careers form currently performs checks in your browser only. It does not send, upload or store a resume or application with VestaWave.

Information from accepted inquiries is used to review business or hiring requirements, respond to the request, and coordinate possible next steps. Technical checks help validate input, prevent abuse and identify repeat requests. The required acknowledgement is not a newsletter or marketing subscription.

Accepted Contact and Request Talent inquiries are stored through Lovable Cloud. The website attempts to send an internal notification containing the inquiry to info@vestawave.com through Lovable’s managed email service, with your email as the reply-to address. A stored receipt does not confirm that the notification reached the inbox.

Hosting, database, email, asset-delivery and technical-diagnostic services process information needed to operate the website. Google Fonts supplies fonts; loading them sends a request to Google’s services. LinkedIn and Instagram are external links, not embedded social widgets, and their own notices apply when you visit them.

The implemented inquiry storage does not provide public access to submitted records. This does not mean information is never shared or that every provider or administrator’s access has been independently audited. No client-facing transfer of employer requests or candidate data is implemented in the current website.

The current inquiry system has no automatic deletion schedule. Its repeat-submission detection window does not delete stored records. Retention must account for inquiry follow-up, business records, applicable requirements, and copies in email, logs and backups; a company retention schedule is still being verified.

The forms validate input and the storage configuration restricts public access. We do not claim certified compliance, verified encryption at rest, guaranteed security, or automatic deletion. Avoid sending sensitive information through these inquiry forms.

You can contact info@vestawave.com about information you submitted, including access, correction or deletion requests. Describe the request and the email used for your inquiry; do not attach identity documents initially. Rights, exceptions and verification requirements depend on applicable law. This notice does not promise rights or response periods that have not been established for your circumstances.

An email link opens your own email application. It is not an online privacy-request submission or confirmation of receipt. If delivery fails, do not assume your request was received.

This website is intended for business and employment-related audiences, not children. Please do not submit children’s information. Changes to the website’s collection practices require review of this notice before those practices are enabled.
