Recruitment Fraud Awareness

Vestawave Technologies LLC does not charge candidates recruitment or placement fees. A request to pay a recruiter, transfer money, buy gift cards, send cryptocurrency, or pay to secure a VestaWave interview or placement should be treated as suspicious.

Be cautious about pressure to act immediately, guaranteed jobs, requests for bank credentials or identity documents before a legitimate process, and messages claiming to represent VestaWave from unfamiliar accounts. A logo, sender name, social profile or apparent email domain alone does not establish authenticity.

Use the Contact page or email info@vestawave.com to ask about a suspicious message. Do not use the contact details supplied only in that message. Avoid forwarding sensitive attachments; describe the sender, claimed role and request instead. There are currently no roles listed on the website and its online application form does not transmit resumes.

Stop communicating, do not pay, and preserve relevant messages. If you have sent money or disclosed account details, contact your financial institution and the appropriate fraud-reporting authority. VestaWave does not guarantee recovery of losses or the authenticity of every third-party message.
